How long does it actually take?

1 to 2 business days from the moment you submit your intake form. We build fast because we use AI for the heavy lifting — but every site gets a human review before it leaves our hands.

Do I need to do anything?

One thing: fill out a 10-minute intake form after you purchase. Tell us about your business, what you do, your services, and drop any photos you have. That’s it. We handle everything else.

What if I already have a domain?

Great — we’ll use it. Your domain stays yours. We connect the new site to your existing domain as part of the launch process. No extra cost, no migration headaches.

What’s included in the monthly care plan?

$133/month starting month 2. Two batches of edits per month — swap services, update pricing, add a new page, refresh photos. Plus site monitoring, security checks, and direct access to Kayla. 72-hour turnaround on all requests.

Can I cancel the care plan?

Yes, anytime with 30 days notice. The site is yours — you keep it no matter what. Canceling the care plan just means edits and monitoring are no longer handled for you.
